The foundation of our method is in our Pilates classes. It is through our highly innovative and science-based approach to Pilates that you will learn proper alignment, form and body mechanics. RedBird doesn't just change the way you move - it changes the way you think about movement.
We stromgly recommend that EVERYONE no matter their fitness level begin with the RB starter bundle. Without firing from the right places and retraining the body and the brain, you won't get the results. The RedBird method is transformative, but it takes commitment, consistency and a willingness to learn.
From the Pilates mat foundation, clients can deepen their Pilates practice by advancing to our apparatus series, or take their Pilates-based foundation and apply it to all our other unique studio classes that are designed to enhance results, such as cardio interval training classes, unique RedBird Body Engineering classes and RedBird cardio dance.
At RedBird, every program that we add to our schedule serves a purpose and is in alignment with our core RedBird method. This includes our suspension band training - a great compliment to Pilates work. These small group training classes will take your Pilates training to the next level and dramatically improve strength gains - without straying from the long, lean RedBird look.
