At RedBird we believe "it's not what you do, but how you do it." If you want to look good and feel good for a long time you have to move not just hard, but well. The body that we have is the one we earned by the way we move. We train for longevity not with trends or quick fixes.
Everyone knows that exercise is great, but how our bodies move is a science and it’s not so simple that you can’t screw it up. At least 50 percent of people who start an exercise regimen will stop because of injury or negative returns. If you want results, education and expertise are the way to go.
RedBird is a method for people who are frustrated with mediocrity, have limited time, and are looking for expertise to match their own. RedBird has spent years developing our methodology and philosophy which includes a keen focus on detail and precision. We specialize in building relationships with each client so that we can guide and educate appropriately through all classes, based on each client's needs.
The foundation of our method is in our Pilates classes. It is through our highly anatomical and educational approach to Pilates that you will learn proper alignment, form and body mechanics. You will change the way you move and how your body works. We highly recommend that EVERYONE no matter there fitness level begin with introductory starter package to really understand our method.
From the Pilates mat foundation, clients can deepen their Pilates practice by advancing to our Pilates equipment series, or take their Pilates-based foundation and apply it to all our other unique studio class offering that are designed to enhance results, such as cardio high intensity interval training classes, unique RedBird Body Engineering classes.
At RedBird, every program that we add to our schedule serves a purpose and is in alignment with our core RedBird method. From suspension band training, to cardio HIIT classes, to dance-based toning our focus on precision movement and body alignment transforms those who participate.
RedBird late policy: It is our policy to close the class five min after class begins. If the door is locked this means class is full or it is beyond the five minute entrance window. First and foremost, it is for our clients safety. Appropriate warm-up is standard safety protocol for any training program and not harming clients is an important part of our code of ethics.
